Shipping

We currently only ship orders within the UK. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Shipping prices and delivery times will be shown at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Next Day Delivery

If selecting Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. During busy periods, Next Day Delivery may be unavailable and the option will not show at checkout.

Please note: Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday with Next Day Delivery will not be shipped until the Tuesday.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of £35 or more spent in a single transaction. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout to orders that qualify. 

Please note that the free shipping threshold is determined by the final basket value after any promo codes have been deducted.

Please also note, our gift card platform is a separate entity to our online shop and therefore the free shipping promotion stated above does not apply to physical gift card purchases.

Returns

Prints and Merchandise

The Alchemist has a 14-day return policy on prints, t-shirts, hip flasks and cocktail shakers. If you wish to return an item, you must first contact the Alchemist team in writing via the contact page with your details and reasons for return.

To return your product, you should mail your product (after following the above procedure) to: The Alchemist, Chadsworth House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth SK9 3HP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be received unused, unwashed and in original packaging with order reference card (which is included with package) to receive a full refund. The Alchemist are not liable for any postage and packaging costs for returned items. A full refund will be issued within 30 days for returned goods received in line with the Returns Policy. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at shop@thealchemistbars.com and send your item with order reference card to: The Alchemist, Chadsworth House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth SK9 3HP.

Cocktail Boxes and Infusions

Please note we do not accept returns of unwanted goods on Cocktail Gift Boxes or Infusions by The Alchemist due to these items being perishable.

Due to being made with fresh ingredients, our cocktails and infusions have to be consumed within a certain time from when they are made. If you are ordering as a gift or will not be consuming right away, please check the shelf life information on cocktails and infusions before ordering to ensure they are suitable. This information can be found on the individual product pages.

If we have sent an incorrect item or your order has been lost or damaged please send us an email at shop@thealchemistbars.com as soon as possible, along with photographic evidence of any damages/incorrect items.
